Wolf Composite Solutions is a company focused on the production of lightweight, structural and high performance components made from composite materials such as carbon fiber, aramid and fiber glass materials.

Staffed as a Design Engineer at Wolf Composite Solutions, I was tasked with supporting the fabrication of carbon fiber composite components and all associated hardware in addition to consulting with clients about how to approach composite structure design.

After consulting with the customer about their composites application, I would proceed to design any necessary direct tooling such as molds, bonding and trimming fixtures as well as the laminate and preforms that would make up the component.

Examples of my work can be found in motorsport, automotive, defense, medical, oil & gas, robotics and other industries.
